- [Instructor] I shoot almost exclusively in RAW, and I begin all of my post-production in Lightroom. Some images I take onto Photoshop because there are things that I need to do that I can't do in Lightroom, but regardless of whether I shoot RAW or JPEG, because I start in Lightroom, I'm used to a particular toolset. That toolstack that's over there on the side in the development module, I love it. The latest version of Lightroom, which is now several years old, Adobe has really gotten it right. The sliders that they provide there really give me easy access to contrast and different parts of my tonal range. It's just a very small set of controls that give me tremendous power. Consequently, because I'm so used to that, sometimes when I end up in Photoshop and needing to make some edits, I get frustrated actually that I have to go back to the controls that for years I used and loved, levels and curves and all those…
