Connecting your camera to the Canon Camera Connect app

- One of the options you have with the Canon Camera Connect app is the ability to transfer images from your camera back to your smartphone. This makes it easy to share on social media, or to friends and family without having to go back to a computer first. I'll go ahead and tap Images on camera. In this case, you'll notice that only some of the images that we captured today are properly stored. That's because these images were the JPEG versions. If you don't shoot RAW+JPEG, the Canon Camera Connect app will not be able to pull down the RAW file and convert it to JPEG. This is set to only work with JPEGs by default. Now, what we can do here is a few choices. First, I tap the gear icon, and I'm going to choose a resolution. I can decide to save a smaller file for social media, the original size, or make the choice when saving, and click OK. I also can delete location information. I'll click OK here.
