(gentle jingle) - In a number of different types of photography, having a website is actually becoming less and less important as platforms like Instagram are becoming more and more important. Well, in family photography what I found is that having a website is still actually really valuable. Of course you want to have some social media, sharing of your images on sites like Facebook, and Instagram, but you also want a place where people can go to see your images in a beautiful way and to learn more. Because with family photography, the approach is a little bit more relaxed. They're not necessarily caring how many likes a photograph has received. What they are really caring about is your style, the look of your images, your personality, would you be nice to work with, what your cost is, what all these details are, are you organized? And so one of the things that you and I need to do is we need to create a great website. Now, there's so many different ways to do that in this day in age.…
