- As I mentioned many times throughout this course, I normally shoot in RAW format. And the XT2 presents kind of a confusing situation for me cause I'm going to keep shooting in RAW format but wow, the jpegs out of this camera are really good. And you may think, oh, c'mon, how can one jpeg be that much better than another. Fuji's just taken a lot of care with the way that they process their images. Once more, the film simulations that they give you inside the camera are extraordinary. Now, it does say, you know, Fuji film right here, they are a film company and have been for years so, when you're shooting RAW you are giving up the option of having those really nice film simulations which, as I mentioned before, sometimes do in an instant a much better job of editing your image to a nice result than you might do, doing it on your own.
