Finalizing the sale

(upbeat music) - The last bit of advice that I want to provide you with here in chapter two is about finalizing the sale and finishing strong. In a way, those two things are one in the same and here's what I mean. After you've wrapped the photo shoot and you said, hey, that's a wrap, thanks, and you give high fives or hugs, your job isn't over. Just because you've stopped pushing the shutter release button doesn't mean that you're done, because as a photographer and as a family photographer, your job is to connect. It's to create an experience. It's to create expectation. What you want to do is finish strong. You want to walk with the family back to their car. You want to help carry things. You want to talk, you want to chat. You also want to set expectation. You want to say, wow, this was such a great shoot. Can't wait to get you guys the photographs. My schedule is such and such, I'll get you these images in two and a half weeks. I'll email you with the photographs and here's what…
