- [Steve] Hey everybody my name is Steve Simon, The Passionate Photographer, and welcome to a new edition of Photo Critique of the Week and as you can see here I'm focusing on feet in this particular set of pictures with a very definite teaching point in mind. So let's just take a look at what's going on here. I think what made me interested in this was just the sort of contrast between the woman and the men and the footwear and the legs so I decided that I was going to sort of focus in on the feet. I thought that the woman was the star of the image so I was definitely focusing on her. I wanted to make sure that her feet were sharpest in the image and, as I often do because I don't know what the best picture's going to be, I'm following them in sort of both directions and ultimately I'm going to make a final judgment.
