How to choose your best images

- [Steve] Choosing which picture is the best, well, that's one of the challenges we all have when we ingest our images and go through them. I think it's arguably much more difficult when you have many simpler frames and you're trying to cull what is the strongest image. Hi, I'm Steve Simon, The Passionate Photographer, and welcome to a new edition of Photo Critique of the Week. And this week we're going to make those hard decisions. We're going to look at a variety of images and sort of see if we can come up with a consensus as to which picture is the strongest. So the picture in question or pictures in question are this couple. And as you can see, I photographed a bunch of different images. The main reason why I was shooting so much is that even my Nikon Z7 has great image stabilization, the fact is I'm at 1/20 or 1/25 of a second, which is really not fast enough to ensure that I'm going to freeze the moving subject in the frame, this young couple.
