- You know, of all the sports, boxing can be an incredibly visual sport to photographer. Hi, I'm Steve Simon, the passionate photographer and this week I thought we'd take a look at some sports photography but, specifically, boxing where, you know, it's just person-to-person, man-on-man, although women box too, and there's just great facial expressions. So, I wanted to talk a little bit about the process and the final selection in these boxing shots. So, I think that, again, when I'm coming to this kind of a set of pictures, I'm really talking about sort of telling a story and in sports, I mean there's a lot of elements that really kind of replicates life and, you know, the winners, the losers, the process, the working hard, all that kind of stuff. So, I like to make sure that I have a nice kind of scene-setter, one that sort of sets the stage for where this event is taking place.
