- The transition from film to digital photography brought a lot of changes to the photographer's life. Everything from being able to view an image on the back of the camera to Photoshop, but one of the other big changes that happened was a blurring of the line, technologically, between still shooting and video. Now you can shoot video with the same cameras that you use to shoot still images and that has brought about a lot of changes in the industry, and someone who has gone through those changes firsthand is Paul Taggart, photojournalist and man about town. Paul, you started out your career doing still photography as a hardcore photojournalist and you have made the transition to video. I wanna talk about how you did that.
