- Let's take a look at how we can use the patch tool in content aware move, in order to modify this photograph. My name is Chris Orwig. I'm a photographer, author, and teacher, and I come to you each week with a tip, a tutorial, a technique, which will help you to capture and create better photographs. In this week's episode, we are in Photoshop. And here we're going to talk about the patch tool as well as content aware move. Now this is a photograph that I captured on top of a parking garage in downtown LA. You can see LA in the background, this colorful skateboard ramp, this guy just launching in the air. And let's say, we deliver this image to the client. They say, Chris, great shot, love it, but we need two more versions. We need one version where the guy's gone.
