- I'm finding increasingly photographers are using smart phones, sometimes as a primary camera, or at least as a supplemental camera. And just like when you're using your real camera, so to speak, with a smart phone, you want to make sure that you're getting the best photos possible. Today's smart phones are rather impressive in terms of their photographic capabilities, but it can still be helpful to use an app that gives you a little more control over the photos you're capturing. For example, I've been using the Pro Camera app, which gives you extensive controls over the photos that you're capturing. For example, I can adjust my overall exposure, so I'll tap on the area that I want to set my exposure based on and then I can choose which attributes I want to be able to adjust.
