- [Instructor] If a hallway or public space is not going to work for you and you've decided you need a room of some kind, you're first thought might be your own office if you have one. But remember, a studio is a room that we want to take control of. We want to take control of the light, and the background and everything that's in the frame. So, your office is probably filled with stuff. So, then you might think, "Well, I'll use my coworker's office." There's is probably filled with stuff also, and you'd be kicking them out. You want to find a room where you're not going to be intruding on someone. You want to find a room that you can maybe take over for a couple days just in case things go wrong. So, a conference room or any kind of meeting room is probably going to be your best bet. Here's a pretty typical conference room. I want to walk through it and just try to point out the things you should be looking for, the things that will work well, the things that might not work well…
