Saving files in the right movie format

- Let's take a quick look at actually exporting the finished shot. You already learned about color grading and correcting earlier, but I wanna show you when you're done how to make the self-contained video file in order to upload it. First step, you're going to create a movie or an MPEG4 file, most likely. It will use either the ProRes codec, or the H. 264 codec for most websites. The file size cannot be bigger than 3.9 gigabytes, due to technical limitations on most sites. And it's suggested that you make sure that you have color corrected using the Rec. 709 Color space. Let's go ahead and save the movies that we created earlier. In this case, if there's part of the movie I don't want, I can adjust its duration here in the timeline. I'm just going to mark this with an X, however, to mark the spot. And choose File, Export, Media. This will create a new self-contained file, and it's going to respect the in and out points that I've set in the sequence. When you upload, it's gonna…
