Shooting panoramas
- One of my favorite types of shooting is panoramics. This is the ability to capture a really wide image, particularly of travel destinations. I like it because it really gives a great view. And I frequently get to travel, and I like to capture memories of those views. Now, you might have this ability right within your camera as a built-in option or a scene mode. This type of camera mode will take a bunch of photos and then assemble them in the camera, but it's really not that flexible. What I encourage you to do instead is to take a look at something like assembling them in Lightroom or Adobe Photoshop. Tools like ON1 also support this and there's many tools in the library you can explore. Now you might think that it makes perfect sense here to capture the image with the camera in a wider view, but the problem is that this is going to not stitch together very well.
