- [Ben] Earlier in this course, I mentioned that there was no reason to be intimidated by these cameras, and I said that because larger medium format cameras can be kind of intimidating, and I don't mean in terms of size, although they are that too, but just because they don't necessarily have control layouts like we're used to, especially if they're a modular camera with a digital back on it, and a lens that detaches. You may just think, wow I don't understand any of this. These cameras work like the SLR and the mirrorless cameras that you're already used to. Your shooting experience is going to be one that you already know, it's going to feel very comfortable from the moment you first pick it up and start using it.
