Teleconverter

- If you're anything like me in photography you often feel like you just don't have enough reach with your lens. Even when you're using a long telephoto lens, you want to reach out just a little bit closer to that subject. Here for example, I have a 150 to 600 millimeter lens. Certainly, lots of reach but sometimes I wish I had a little bit more reach. I don't want to have to get an 800 millimeter lens for example, I'd rather take a more economical approach and that is available with a teleconverter. So, here I have for example, a 1.4X teleconverter. It's essentially a magnifier. Just a very high quality magnifier and in this case with a 1.4xXfactor. It takes that 600 millimeter focal length and improves it up to 840 millimeters. There's also a 2X teleconverter available that takes this lens up to 1200 millimeters. Of course, you're going to sacrifice a little bit in the process. You'll get a little bit of softness in many cases. You're also losing some light so with a 1.4X…
