- [Narrator] You can use AirPods for video conferencing with both Macs and iPhones. And the main thing to keep in mind is that they connect differently than USB devices. They connect through Bluetooth because, well, they're Bluetooth devices. So let's say on a Mac you want to go to the Bluetooth system preferences and connect them because they won't automatically do that, so you make that connection, and once you do that, then you can do things like monitor their battery level and all that. But speaking of that, when you're on a long call, as we all know, especially if your AirPods are a little bit older, they can run out of juice during the video conference itself, and that can be sort of awkward and, well quite frankly, a drag. So, one way that you can help mitigate that situation is go to the options in your Bluetooth control panel and choose this, automatically switch AirPods. What that allows you to do is use one…
