Using the Quick Control screen
- If you really want to take advantage of the LCD panel on the back of the camera, and have a more convenient way of shooting the Quick view menu comes in handy. This gives you the most essential camera controls right on the back of the camera, and, these days, with the invention of more camera dials, and a touchscreen it's really fast to make changes. Now, what you'll notice is all of the core settings are visible. Remember, as we change settings different options may become available. For example, let's switch here between the different modes and you see how different controls light up. There we go. Now, depending upon what we're trying to do we can make changes. If I press the Quick button here you see that different areas become highlighted. Notice, for example, I could select the shutter speed, and then the aperture.
