- [Instructor] Okay. … So we have graduated from reflectors … and we were moving on to really awesome … geek out worthy gear. … For this shoot, I'm going to be using … the lens that I use for 95% of my headshots. … It's my 135 Prime, f/2.0. … It's an ELL lens. … The price point is about $900. … I know that's expensive, … but this lens is nicknamed "My Moneymaker". … So it really pays for itself pretty fast. … So I definitely would highly recommend it. … The reason why I love this lens is … because of the bokeh that it gives. … It's just amazing. … And then let's talk about my other gear, … which is super exciting. … Whenever you are using reflectors, … you are at the mercy of the ambient light. … But when you create your own fill, … you have a lot more exciting things … that can become possibilities. … So for this, instead of using a reflector … to bounce the ambient light back onto Valencia, … I'm going to create my own fill. … And I'm going to do that by using the CLx10, … which is a constant light, and it's daylight balanced. …
