Challenge: Controlling exposure and tonality
- All right, it's your turn to try your hand at correcting an image. You've seen a lot of different photos, and a lot of different techniques. I want you to check what information is sticking and see if you can apply the logic tree to solve a problem with the image. Now the image we're going to tackle is this one here. What you'll notice with this photo is a few problems. There might be an intruder that you want to remove from the side of the photo, and the overall dynamic range is really lacking. What's critical here though is that we have some pure black areas and some really bright areas, and we want to bring this to life. Now this image should already be at its default state, but if needed, you could choose image and revert to original.
