- I'm a big fan of working non-destructively. This means that the changes you make to an image can be undone at a later time. Maybe you go to print the image and you realize you overdid the color. Or the contrast is too strong. Or perhaps made a black and white image and you suddenly find yourself needing a version that is full color. Well, there are several ways to work non-destructively inside of Photos for MacOS. Let's start with the first one which is quite easy. You're just going to make a copy and it allows you to then take a different direction. Let's go to the Curacao album here and I'll just scroll down to a picture that catches my eye such as this one here of an iguana. Let's double click to go full screen and I'll click the edit button. In this case, we'll just take advantage of a filter. We'll explore these later, but these are quick recipes that change the look of the image. And let's go with the one here…
