- Let's talk for a brief moment about Adobe software. Adobe tools are well known for being used by graphic designers and photographers to create professional content. If you have access to these tools, or if a member of your team does, you might be able to use them to convert between different file formats or to reformat a graphic, so it's more useful to you inside of Office software. Here's how. Now, depending upon how you want to convert will vary. Adobe Photoshop Elements is a standard tool that many people add to their Office software package. But you can also use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, and Adobe Illustrator, which are available from Adobe's Creative Cloud plan for a monthly fee. Now, these applications are all very different, but I want to show you how easy it is to convert a file. I'll do it for both a raster file and a vector file. Let's open up a layered file there.
