Matching visual style

- Another important concept that's really important because I see it screwed up all the time is matching visual style. Within the sections of a presentation or within a document, as much as possible you want the photographs and artwork to feel like they belong together. What often happens is is people invoke web searches or look at the built-in clipart that comes with Microsoft Office products, and as such there are many different styles in use, and things can start to feel very cluttered. Like an outfit that doesn't quite match. In this case there are three graphics that convey the concept of searching. One is a person looking through photographs. Another is a camera icon with a magnifying glass for searching, and then a completely different style of a search icon. Well these feel quite different and don't really match.
