- [Instructor] To continue with the custom split screen layer mask, we need to apply some transitions to the video clips. Some of these will be drag-and-drop transition effects, while for others, we'll use keyframes. So, the first thing I wanna do, now that I have my split screen mask in place is I wanna adjust the solar panel clip because it has some nice movement in it. Kind of goes back and forth here. I wanna have it to where ... When the light first turns on we see this solar panel kind of coming back like that. It's got a nice motion, and there are some nice colorful lens flares there. So something like that looks pretty good. That is where I want it to be, so I'm going to trim that clip by dragging this down to where the playhead currently is. So now I can drag this back ... And let's scrub through this and see how this looks. Light goes on, and ... Okay so I need to adjust this a little bit more. Let's trim this a little bit more here and let's see how this is looking.
