Add a glowing neon shape

- [Instructor] Photoshop makes it really easy to add a shape to an image, and then apply a neon glow to that shape using layer effects. I'll tap the U key in order to select the polygon shape tool. And I want to set the fill to nothing, and the stroke to white. I'm going to set the stroke to 10 pixels. And I'm going to limit the number of sides down to three. Then I'll click and drag out the shape in my image area. I can hold down the Spacebar in order to reposition the shape. Then release the Spacebar while still holding down the mouse key in order to rotate it. If you hold down the Shift key, it'll actually snap to pointing straight down. All right, I'll release the mouse, and there is the shape. I can tap the V key to select the move tool if I want to reposition it in the center. Now, to add the glow, I'll click the effects panel. And let's start with the inner glow. I'll zoom in using Command + Plus, so we can…
