Adding a Stereo 3D Rig

We've been using 3D cameras and 3D layers to do some pretty cool things, but what you may not realize is that After Effects can actually generate 3D content. This is the type of content that you can view on a 3D television, or on a lenticular screen, or even YouTube wearing special glasses. Let me show you some of the options. Now, we've opened up a scene from the lesson here. Just go ahead and navigate to chapter 14, and open up 3D Start. In this case, the scene is already built, it's the one you learned about before as we moved through the environment. And what we want to do is create a 3D camera rig. So, all you need to do is select the existing 3D camera, and choose Layer, Camera, Create Stereo 3D Rig. When you do this, After Effects goes through several steps.
