Adding a deckled edge effect

- [Instructor] There are a variety of different ways that you can add edge effects to your images. One of my favorite ways is to use either a scan or a photograph of pieces of paper that have a deckled edge, and you can buy just regular paper that's uncut and then just tear a sheet yourself. So, all I did was I had a piece of watercolor paper and I tore it up. And then I put it on the scanner with the scanner lid open because with the lid open, the light's going to fall off and you're automatically going to get a black background. But of course, you could also just simply photograph the white paper on a black background. So I want to open up the Paper.jpg, as well as the Cornfield.jpg, and I want to place them in the same document so I'll choose Tools and then Photoshop and then Load Files into Photoshop Layers. So if I just have a single photograph and these paper edges, then I can just use one of Photoshop's blend mode.…
