Adding and deleting anchor points

- [Instructor] In this movie, we'll discuss how to add and delete anchor points in an existing path outline. So the first thing you need to do is make sure you're looking at the Paths panel, which you can get by going up to the Windows menu, and choosing the Paths command. If you load the D-keys, I've also given you a shortcut of F11. Then you want to click on the path outline that you want to modify, in my case it's this path called five points, and then you want to switch to one of the arrow tools, and click on a path in order to select it. Or, another way to work, I'll go ahead and click off the path to deselect it, is when the Pen tool's active, you can press and hold the Control key, or the Command key on a Mac, which will give you temporary access to the white arrow tool, at which point, just go ahead and click on any one of the anchor points or segments in order to select a path.
