Adding point lights

A point light is really like a traditional light bulb or a sun. It's going to emanate in multiple directions. So while a bank light is going to put things in a particular direction, and a spotlight is also going to be directional, the point light is going to emanate in all directions like an exposed bulb. Let me show you. Let's switch on over to our soldiers in the field and in this case I want to create a light in the scene. So I'm going to set this to custom view one and add an additional light. Let's set that light to be a point light and we'll take the falloff off for right now and click ok. There it is and you see it's sitting right in the middle of the scene. What I want to do is grab it on its y axis and pull it up into the sky. There we go. And you see that light goes up. Now let's double click and turn on a little bit of falloff and we can adjust the radius here and the distance. There we go. And it's…
