Adding type along a path
- [Instructor] Another creative way of using type is to have it follow a path. So first we're going to select the type that we need to use. And to do so we need to show the notes panel and then select the note by clicking in the upper left. Then on the notes panel, I'll select that text and use Command + C on Mac, Ctrl + C on windows in order to copy it. Then I want to zoom in using Command + Plus(+) once and then twice, and then I'll use the space bar to reposition the image. I want to add a guide on the left and the right so I'll choose view and then new guide layout. Setting the margins on the top left bottom and right to 60 pixels, without adding any columns or rows. I'll also choose to clear any existing guides and click OK. Now I'm going to switch to the Curvature Pen tool and click once where the guide meets the mountain on the left, and click again where it meets the mountain on the right. Then I'll click in the…
