Adjusting the Blend If sliders

- [Voiceover] Although blend modes are probably the most common way to use Photoshop magic to blend images together, there is another option for blending that is definitely worth exploring. This feature is controlled by the blend if sliders, and they can be found in the blending options of the layer style dialogue. In this file, I have the image of the yellow door surrounded by white, placed over a shot of a lonely road in the desert in Nevada. So to access the blend if sliders, you can do this two ways, you can come up to the layer menu and choose layer style blending options, or the easiest way is just to double click on the empty gray part of the layer here in the layers panel, just to the right of the layer name. So I double click there, it's going to bring up that layer style dialogue and in the center of the dialogue are the blending options. And then down below we have the blend if sliders. Let me move this off to the side here, and move my image off to the side so we can see…
