- [Instructor] Now let's take a look at a hidden automatic correction feature that's a bit more sophisticated as well, and that's auto brightness/contrast. So here I am looking at the bills over here on the right hand side and I'm thinking, gee whiz, that auto contrast has these nice hefty shadows whereas the shadows are pretty light in the auto color version. And so I figure I might as well combine these two features together, and so I'll go ahead and select the auto color layer, and then I'll go up to the image menu and choose auto contrast, and it does nothing, as you can see right here and that's because each one of these commands does its own thing based on the contents of the color channel, but you're not generally going to follow up one with another. Instead, what you might do, is back up to adjustments here and then choose the first command, brightness/contrast from this long sub-menu and that'll bring up this…
