- [Voiceover] One of the things that I love about being a parent, is that time when your kids are little, and they're so into creative play, and dressing up in costume, and the whole magical world of pretend. In this demo we're gonna create a portrait collage that shows some of that part of being a kid. We'll use these photos of my daughter Fiona when she was younger hanging out in a tipi that her grandmother made for her, dressing up as a pirate, and enjoying playing in the surf at the beach. As you can see, I already have the layers arranged here in a Photoshop file, and before we start let me just explore the central idea behind this composite. When I saw this photo of the tipi, and I was thinking about making portrait collages, one of the first things that came to my mind that the left and the right sides of the tipi would be a perfect place to add in other images.
