- [Instructor] All right, now the dirty little secret of printing from Photoshop, and it's so hard to get anybody to acknowledge this. There's so many folks out there who will swear to you that as long as you calibrate things properly, everything's going to work great. That's just not true for most of us. If you have the right hardware, you've got the right printer, you've got everything set up exactly the way it should be, which almost nobody has. It's a good idea, but most people don't get around to doing it. The problem is that most screens actually can't be fully calibrated, and so it really depends on the expense of the screen. If it's like $1200 of more, you've got a fighting chance. If it's less than that, probably not. And so Apple screens, for example. Apple's displays are amazing. They're really great, especially the retina displays, they hold up beautifully. I've seen a lot of high-end Dell screens that look great. I've got this Wacom table which has a screen built into it…
