Collections

- [Instructor] Bridge allows us to associate our images together as Collections or as Smart Collections. And in this movie I'm going to talk about Collections. I'll come to the Collections panel. The great benefit of Collections is that you can put an image in multiple collections without needing to duplicate that image. You've got the one master image and whatever changes you make to that will be reflected in all of the collections that that image belongs to. And also a collection could be made up of images from a range of folders. To create a Collection I'll come down to the bottom of the Collections panel, click on New Collection, and I'll just call this My Collection. I'll come to the folder I was working with and now I can select an image, or images, and just drag those onto the Collection icon. I can go and add in images from other folders. And now I can view My Collection. If I want to remove an image from a collection, don't press Delete because that would actually delete the…
