Color correcting a photo with Curves

- [Instructor] Next, let's take a look at how we can color balance this image. As you can see, this photo has a yellow color cast. This can happen for many reasons including the camera settings that you use when you shot the photo. Just like anything else in Photoshop, there are multiple ways of achieving the same result. In color balance, it's no exception but I'm going to show you a method that works well and that you can apply fairly quickly. Of course, we're going to work non-destructively with adjustment layers. Go into the new adjustment layer icon, And from the menu, select Curves. In the properties panel, you will see the controls for this adjustment layer. If you can't see the entire panel, you can click and drag from in between the two panels to resize them. The curves adjustment allows you to control the brightness of your image.
