- [Chris] Hello, friends, my name is Chris Orwig, and welcome to Photo Tools Weekly. In this week's episode, we're in Photoshop and we're talking about creative color. So if you like applying color looks or color effects to your photographs, I think you will really enjoy this tutorial. Here we're going to look at how we can apply a color grading effect to the image. Now the term color grading comes to us from our friends in cinema where you apply a color look to an image so it has a cinematic feel. And this particular tutorial's all about using an adjustment layer, a blending mode, and then a final adjustment layer to finish it off. All right, well, with this image that I captured here, I love the look, the tone, the color, everything, but I want to kind of have a blueish look, I want to have a bit of a bluish, maybe cyan look to the image.
