- [Chris] Hello friends this is Chris Orwig and welcome to another episode of Photo Tools Weekly. In this episode, I want to share another quick tip about how we can use this new masking feature, which is connected to our adjustment tools here. And here I want to work with a landscape photograph, and I want to change the color and brightness of the trees here. I like the overall mood of the image, but I want more warmth, and a little more brightness there. How do we do that? Well it's really easy. We can use any of our adjustment tools here. I'll use a Gradient tool, but you could also use Radial or the Adjustment Brush for that matter. Then you want to choose your effect. I'm going to increase my Color Temperature, a little bit of Exposure, Shadows, and Contrast. There's no need to worry too much about these settings, because you can change them later.
