- [Instructor] I'd like to show you an example of incorporating a Vector Smart Object created in Illustrator into a Photoshop composition. And as my vehicle for doing this, I'm going to create an homage to this fantastic album cover from 1989, designed by Vaughan Oliver. It's Doolittle by the Pixies. Now, I don't have a picture of a monkey, but I do have a picture of a squirrel, and I'm going to copy this squirrel from Photoshop, Command + A to select it, Command + C to copy it, and then come to my blank document in Illustrator, where I will paste it, just for reference. And then, I'll come and lock the layer that it's on and create a new layer on which to create my artwork. Now, what I need to create in Illustrator is this framework of lines around the monkey, in my case, squirrel, with the circle that highlights the head. So let's start off with a square. I need to make sure that I am drawing an object that has no fill, and I'm going to give it a two-point stroke, something like…
