Combining multiple drop shadows

- [Instructor] In this movie, I'll show you how to combine multiple drop shadows on a single layer in order to create a faux 3D effect. Alright, I'll go ahead and switch over to my documents so far, and I'll drop down to the FX icon at the bottom of the layers panel and I'll choose drop shadow from the list. And that will add a new drop shadow to my very small list of layer effects. Alright, I want this shadow to serve as an extruded edge so in other words, I want it to be opaque. Which means that I'm going to crank the opacity value up to 100 percent. And I'm going to take the distance value, let's say, up to 22 pixels and I'm going to increase the spread value all the way up to 100 percent, at which point I'll go ahead and ctrl + spacebar or command + spacebar click inside the image window to see exactly how much more edge I need right there, and then I'll click in my size value and I'll press shift + up arrow in order to take it up to 17 pixels.
