Correcting a color cast automatically

- [Instructor] In this movie I'm going to show you the two methods for automatically correcting color cast which are Auto Tone and Auto Color. Now, in a previous movie we figured out that our image has a green color cast by clicking inside a neutral image element using the eye dropper. Now by default, when you click with the eye dropper, you sample the color of a single pixel, often times, however, it's a good idea to average a few neighboring pixels as well and you do that by first selecting the eye dropper and then you go up to the options bar and you change the sample size value to something larger, such as let's say, five by five average. Which is going to average an area five pixels wide by five pixels tall, so 25 pixels at a time. And now notice if I click, once again inside that brick, I now get a slightly different hue value of 77 degrees. Now let's walk through what these values mean here.
