Create a line drawing with the Find Edges filter

- [Instructor] In this movie, I'm going to show you how we can create this line art. This is going to feature the Find Edges filter, but as is almost always the case, we're not using just that filter by itself. We're using it in combination with High Pass, with Channel Mixer, and also with Gaussian Blur. So, let's now switch to the starting state and the first thing I want to do here is mask the image, and this is going to involve using an old school technique to choke the mask. I have a rough alpha channel already prepared. I'll come to the Channels panel, Command+Click on that to load it as a selection. Return to the Layers panel, down at the bottom, I'll make that selection into a layer mask. I'll now come and create a Solid Color fill layer to go beneath this layer, and drag it below. Now, if we zoom in, we can see that the selection edge is not very accurate, so we could use our Select and Mask environment to fix that, but we can also use a technique that involves blurring the…
