Creating and aligning big display type
- [Instructor] All right, now I'll show you how to create this big title text as what's known as point type inside Photoshop. Now, point type does not require a frame, but nor does the text automatically wrap from one line to the next, making it the perfect solution for big flexible display type. And so I'll go ahead and switch over to my documents so far, and then I'll select the type tool, which again, you can get by pressing the T key. And this time rather than dragging with the type tool, I'll just click with it. At which point I end up with some placeholder text. Now if I want to replace that with a text that I copied a few movies ago, then I go up to the Edit menu and choose the Paste command. At which point you'll see that we have two lines of type. First we have the byline, and then we have everything else. And so just so you can appreciate how things work, I'll go ahead and click before the F in the word few, and…
