- [Chris] Are you ready for some black and white drama? Well, here goes. Hi, my name is Chris and welcomd to Photo Tools Weekly. In this week's episode we are in Lightroom Classic. We're workin' on this photograph I captured in Michigan, this is my wife's grandmother's barn. Beautiful barn. And what I'm going to do is convert this image to black and white, and create a black and white version with snap, some power, some depth, some drama. How do we do that? Well, first step is to change our treatment. You can do that by tapping the V key or click on Black and White right there. Then, the next step is to make a few adjustments to some of our controls, so I'll just modify, maybe my Clarity, Highlights drop down, Shadows come up, Blacks go down, add a little bit of Clarity. Okay, great. So it's pretty standard so far. As I mentioned, I wanted a little more control. So to get that, we will go down to the black and whites panel.
