Creating elliptical motion with Spin Blur

- [Instructor] In this movie, we'll create elliptical motion using the final blur gallery filter, which is Spin Blur. And in the end, we'll achieve this bewildering effect here. Now of all the blur gallery filters, spin blur is by far the slowest, which is why I've gone ahead and reduced the resolution of this image. In order to make things more bearable. And I'm going to start by Alt or Option + Clicking on the eye in front of the mirror world layer, so that we can view that layer independently of the others. And then I'll right-click inside the image window, with the rectangular marquis tool, and I'll choose Convert to Smart Object. Next, I'll go up to Filter menu, choose Blur Gallery, and choose the final command, Spin Blur, in order to once again bring up the blur gallery window. Now you'll notice right here in the center, we've got a circle of blur, and you can make it bigger by dragging the perimeter of this circle like so, and we get a kind of old-school Batman television show…
