Creating patterns, gradients, and more using libraries

- [Instructor] The libraries panel has a fast and easy way to create patterns, shapes, color themes, and gradients from an image. In the libraries panel, I'll click on the arrow in order to view all of my different libraries and then we'll create a new library using the fly out menu. I'll call this desert and then click create. At the bottom of the libraries panel I'll click on the plus icon and choose create from image. We'll start by creating a pattern. There are several different types of patterns that we can create. We can scale the image as well as rotate the image and we can reposition the area that is creating the pattern by just dragging in the preview. As soon as I create a pattern that I like, I can save that to my CC libraries and we will see that it's been saved in our libraries panel. If I want to create a vector-based shape, I can click on the shape icon and then use the detail slider in order to remove or…
