Creating, saving, and organizing custom brushes

- [Instructor] Let's take a moment to see how we can quickly create, save and organize our custom brushes in Photoshop. I'm going to begin by creating a new document. I'll make it 2,500 pixels square, 300 pixels per inch, eight bit in Adobe RGB and then click to create it. We're going to create our brush using the shape tool, but you could use the painting tools or scan a texture of something, really anything to create a brush. I'll tap D to set my default color so that black is my foreground color. And in these shapes preset panel, I've previously used the fly-out menu in order to load the legacy shapes and more. I'm going to use the search option and type in one, six, seven, in order to select this donut shape and this spiral shapes group. I'll just drag and drop that into the image area and then I'll reposition it and I'm going to transform it, making it larger so that it almost fills the entire image area. Now…
