Creating your own custom Contour

- [Narrator] In this movie I'll show you how to create a custom contour. Because it's a good skill to have and it allows you to create the kinds of effects that very few people are aware are even possible here inside Photoshop. And along the way, we'll take a look at how to apply an outer glow as well. Because, it's pretty straight forward stuff. Alright, so I'm going to go ahead and switch over to my base image here. And the first thing I'm going to do is change the Blend Mode from Normal to Screen. And that'll give us a little bit of bright interaction. And then I'm just going to select this Fill value here and change it to 33 percent. Alright next, I'm going to drop down to the FX icon, at the bottom of the Layers panel, and choose Drop Shadow. And if you're working along with me, the first thing you want to do is, click on the Reset to Default button. So that you're creating a standard, everyday average drop shadow. And then go ahead and click on the color swatch and this time…
