Customizing Photoshop menus

- [Instructor] In this movie, I'll show you how you can customize Photoshop's menu system to basically get rid of the clutter, that is to say, hide the commands you never use. And this goes for the command setter available for the menus up here in the menu bar, as well those you find by clicking on the flyout menu icons in the top-right corner of any given panel. Now just for the sake of demonstration, I'm going to focus on a problem that bothers me in particular as a trainer working on a small screen, and that is that some of the menus are just too darn small. So notice that we're seeing the Undo command up here at the top of the Edit menu, but I'm not seeing the Preferences command down here at the bottom, which of course is particular to Windows. Now, it'd be great if I could just scroll down the menu using the scroll wheel on my mouse, but that doesn't work.
