Customizing settings during playback
- [Instructor] In this movie, I'll show you how to record an improved version of an action that includes a dynamic smart filter. And I'll show you how to set things up so that you can customize the specific settings as you play the action back. Alright, so I'll start by creating a new action, which you do by clicking on the little page icon at the bottom of the actions panel. And I'll call this guy dynamic sharpen, and, then, I'll click the record button. At which point, the circular record icon turns red down here at the bottom of the actions panel. Now, I want a little more room to work, so, I'm going to twirl both of these steps closed right here. And notice that neither of those modifications gets recorded. Alright, next, I'll go ahead and double-click on the background here inside the layers panel. And I'll call this guy photograph, let's say, and click okay. At which point, we can see we now have a step. And if I were to twirl it open, it reads "set background to layer called…
